About Killian Williams-Morantine
I am an artist, art director, author, and creative consultant working at the intersection of visual practice, systems design, and education. My work focuses on helping individuals, teams, and organizations bring clarity and structure to complex creative work.
My background as a practicing artist informs how I approach leadership and consulting. I work with concept, narrative, symbolism, and visual systems, and I apply that same way of thinking to program design, curriculum development, and strategic planning. I am interested in how ideas take shape, how systems function over time, and how creative work can be both rigorous and sustainable.
As an art director, I support concept-driven projects by helping define visual language, narrative coherence, and overall direction. This includes worldbuilding, visual frameworks, and guiding creative decisions across traditional and emerging media, including AI-assisted workflows.

As a consultant, I am brought in when creative or educational systems become unclear, fragmented, or difficult to sustain. My role is to diagnose challenges, design functional structures, and help teams move from ideas to systems that actually work. This is systems-focused consulting, grounded in real constraints and long-term outcomes.
I also design curriculum, professional learning, and program frameworks, particularly in the arts. My approach emphasizes clarity, assessment, and intentional structure while preserving creative autonomy. I have extensive experience working with K–12 arts programs, leadership teams, and educators.
In addition to consulting and design work, I write books and professional resources that document the frameworks I build in practice. These publications are intended to be practical, usable, and grounded in real-world application rather than abstract theory.
I currently serve as a Director of the Arts and hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Printmaking. My work spans creative production, leadership, consulting, and writing, unified by a focus on structure, clarity, and thoughtful decision-making.
